Our Team

NJ has  years of progressive experience in Construction Project Management, Real Estate Investment and Development. She is passionate and enthusiastic about the industry and strives to drive up standards whilst improving the perception of the industry. She is from Liberia and  grew up  in the United kingdom where she has worked with Global Real Estate firms and Constructions firms, delivering & managing diverse projects with  multi disciplinary design teams. She has managed projects value ranging from £2m to £75m. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the UK and specialises in Construction Project Management. A strong advocate for diversity & inclusion, she has been on committees advocating for change in the industry. Another cause close to her, is the encouragement of women and girls into selecting construction as a career path and offering mentorship where needed.
